The Harley Davidson motorcycle club was established in 1983 because a growing number of Harley riders wanted a way to be able to share their experiences, passion and pride of everything that is Harley Davidson. By 1985, 49 local chapters had been started around the country with a total membership of 60,000. The reason why so many people were eager to join was for one reason, their love of the Harley Davidson motorcycle. Harley Davidson owners are obsessed with their bikes, and are always buying Harley Davidson parts accessories for them. In 1991 H.O.G. officially went International with the first official European Harley Davidson motorcycle rally in England.
